Because many of our products are intimate items, some categories are subject to strict hygiene conditions. Please read the information below carefully before opening your item.

1. Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the hygiene exclusions outlined below.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All hygiene and condition requirements listed below apply.

🌍 USA, Canada & Rest of World

International customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. All return conditions and hygiene exclusions apply.

2. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn (except for a brief try-on over your own underwear where applicable)

• Be unwashed

• Have all original tags and labels attached

• Be in original packaging and in a resalable condition

• Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, lotions, or marks

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

3. Hygiene & Category-Specific Exclusions

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and hosiery, the following rules apply:

Hosiery (Tights, Hold-Ups, Stockings, Socks)

For hygiene reasons, hosiery can only be returned if:

• Packaging is completely unopened

• The item remains sealed and unused

👉 Once opened or unsealed, hosiery is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Underwear (Briefs, Thongs, Knickers, etc.)

Returnable only if:

• Unworn (tried on over your own underwear only)

• Hygiene seals (if present) remain intact

• Tags are attached

Bodystockings, Teddies, Shapewear

Due to full-body contact, these items must be:

• Unworn

• In original packaging

• Unopened if sealed for hygiene

Bras, Chemises, Nightwear, Corsets

Returnable if:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Tags attached

• Free from marks or scent

5. Return Shipping Costs

UK

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

EU / USA / Canada / Rest of World

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during return.

• Any charges or fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
