Returns Policy

We hope you love your Quinn Lingerie purchase. If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn (except for a brief try-on over your own underwear for fitting), unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

Category-Specific Hygiene Conditions

Hosiery (Tights, Hold-Ups, Stockings, Socks):
We can only accept returns if the packaging remains sealed and unopened. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed hosiery cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Underwear (Briefs, Thongs, G-Strings, Boxers, etc.):
Returns are accepted if unworn (other than trying on over your own underwear), unwashed, and with all hygiene stickers (if present) and labels attached. Items showing signs of wear, soiling, or detached tags will be refused.

Swimwear:
Can be returned only if the hygiene strip is untouched and intact, tags are attached, and items are unworn except for trying on over your own underwear.

Bodystockings, Teddies, Shapewear:
These intimate, full-contact items can only be returned if unworn, all tags attached, and packaging unbroken. If packaging is sealed for hygiene, items must remain unopened.

Bras, Chemises, Nightwear, Corsets:
May be returned if unworn, unwashed, and all tags attached. Please avoid contact with makeup, perfume, lotions, or deodorant during try-on. Items must be in a resalable condition.

General Conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns where items are deemed soiled, worn, or not in original, resaleable packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact us: Email abbie@quinnbeauty.co.uk or use our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Ship your return:

    You are responsible for return postage costs (unless your item is faulty).
  3. Refunds:
    Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for return postage to be refunded.
