What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your Quinn Beauty Lingerie purchase. However, if something’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days from receipt of your delivery to send back your items.

All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:

• All items are unwashed, unworn* with all labels still attached. 
• Sent back in its original packaging and box

In short, the item must be in good condition for resale.

For hygiene purposes 

Hosiery must be unopened.

* We ask that underwear is tried on over your underwear first.

* When trying on bras, avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with the item. 

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t happened.

Buyer to pay their postage costs.

In the unlikely event of the item being faulty, We will refund reasonable postage costs back to you. (please let us know)

Your refund will be paid back to your original payment method within 14 days of return.
