Peignoirs

A peignoir is a lightweight robe designed to be worn over lingerie — not instead of it.

Traditionally made from satin, chiffon, or lace, a peignoir adds movement and presence without heavy coverage. It sits somewhere between nightwear and lingerie: more deliberate than a dressing gown, softer than structured outerwear.

Part of the After Dark edit, these peignoirs are chosen for transparency, drape, and restraint. They are not practical layers. They are intentional ones — the final piece added when the mood calls for something considered.
