PEDICURE TREATMENT
These Ten simple steps will help keep your feet and toes looking great, Perfect for them to slip into our sexy stockings!
Here’s what you’ll need:- Nail polish remover- Nail file- Hard skin file- Body/ foot scrub - Cuticle pusher/ orange wood stick - Large bowl for water- Cotton wool & tissues - Cuticle cream - Body lotion/ Foot cream- Base/ Top coat- Colour polish
PREPARATION
Remove any old nail polish from the nails of both feet.
FILE
To avoid nail breakage, smooth the file in just one direction rather than using a “sawing” motion until the nails are the length and shape desired.
SOFTEN SKIN
Massage a small amount of body scrub thoroughly over feet. Rinse. Apply cuticle cream to the cuticle area and place feet into a large bowl of warm water. Add some nourishing bath oil to the water if you have some. Relax and soak for 5 mins.
REMOVE 1 FOOT FROM THE WATER
Gently work the hard skin file/ pumice over any hard, rough skin until the area feels smooth. Repeat other foot.
TIDY CUTICLES
Gently push cuticles back with the Avon Cuticle Pusher, being careful not to apply too much pressure or push too far. Repeat on other foot.
NOURISH & TREAT
Apply body lotion/foot cream to 1 foot, spending a few minutes massaging the cream in thoroughly.
Focus on any areas that feel tense or particularly dry like your heels or balls of feet. Repeat on the other foot.
PREPARATION FOR POLISH
Wipe over nails with some nail polish remover to remove any cream from the nails. Separate toes with toes separators or rolled up tissue. Apply a thin coat of base coat to one foot. Repeat other foot.
