Delivery is FREE over £10. 

 

All items are shipped by either Royal Mail or Hermes courier.  Due to the current situation for FREE delivery please allow 5-7 working days for your items to arrive.  

You can pay £3.50 for express delivery, and please allow up to 3 working days to arrive.

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We'll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price Simply contact us and we will arrange a refund.
• The item must be unused and in it's original packaging (fit for resale)
• Buyer to pay return postage.
• Lingerie items such as underwear and Stockings are non refundable, This is in line with UK law over hygiene. 
• However if the item is faulty, The price of reasonable return costs will be added to your refund.

If your product is shipped via our highly successful Avon online business then you are covered by Avon's return policy .

In a nutshell they offer 28 days with free returns and can be in a used condition, Meaning you can try risk free
